WEDDING: ALLISON+CHRISTOPHER

One of the most beautiful weddings of 2019, which I’d like to do again and again, is Christopher & Allison’s rose gold wedding day.
We chose this sweet, romantic theme and reinterpreted it in a contemporary way. It was almost monochromatic palette of dusty pinks, peach, cream and nude colours, paired with rose gold foliage and dried elements. Plenty of textures, big open blooms and painted foliage looked absolutely fabulous in the light of Clifford Pier.

As Allison was open to experiments, I decided to go with something new for the bridesmaids – instead of a regular mixed bridesmaids’ bouquets we went with mono posies, which made it look more interesting, cleaner and definitely more personal. I used the same approach for the pew flowers, and loved the result so much! For the solemnization part we went with a semi-circular stage decor with pampas, flowers and coloured foliage.

Being a big fan of repurposing flowers, I planned the design in order to reuse it for the dinner part. All the stage decor and pew arrangements were repurposed to create a beautiful installation along the VIP dinner table, with bridesmaids’ posies and the bridal bouquet as the centrepieces.

Another my favourite part of the decor was the reception area! A big installation of clusters of multiple vessels with various flowers and foliage in them. And all the flowers were taken back home by the guests!!
